TERMS AND POLICY
Same
Day Delivery:
Orders placed before 10 AM Pakistan time can be
delivered same day in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad,
Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Multan, Peshawar,
Faisalabad, Gujrat & Jhelum only, for other cities we
only offer next day delivery
Replacement
Policy:
All products are personally chosen and inspected for
quality. We use one of the best suppliers available in
the country, However If you are unsatisfied with the
quality of our items, please contact
customer service
with your order number within 2
days after delivery for replacement instructions. No
refund is offered and only replacement will be offered
Please Note:
We do not offer the quality guarantee on any restaurant
food meals offered on website, because these
restaurants do not offer any replacement to us,
Any meal ordered will be picked and delivered to your
recipient in Pakistan and if your recipient faces any
problem in quality, then they must speak to the
restaurant directly, we will not entertain any
complaints regarding any kind of food meals.
Credit Card billing:
We do not use any
third party credit card service for security reasons, We
have our own US bank Merchant account and whatever you
shop at our website is directly billed by our company
and appears as "PAKISTAN
& GIFT COURIER/font>" on
your credit card statement.
Order Cancellation:
Order once placed
cannot be cancelled as its booked with suppliers and
courier for the delivery.
Alternative Vendor:
On Occasions like Eid,
Mothers Day & Valentines
we may use an alternative reputable supplier to complete
order, for e,g Cakes may be purchased from suppliers
like Marriott Hotel or Hob Nob and Mithai maybe
purchased from Abdul Khaliq.We reserve the right to change any color of flowers or cake flavors
For smaller cities, we only use the best supplier
available in town.
Late Delivery:
We always try to
deliver the item on the requested date, however
sometimes we may fail due to late placement of orders,
Incomplete address or no one available at the given
address.
Pending Delivery:
No refund will be
issued on pending delivery, if in any case the address
and telephone is incomplete we will contact the customer
and if no response is received within 24 hours, we shall
dispose the gift items.
Special Requests:
We will try our best to
fulfill the special request of customer, i-e time
delivery or cake flavours, However we cannot guarantee
this on occasions like Eid, Ramdhan, Public Holidays and
Valentines Day.
Product Pictures:
We cover more then 70 cities of Pakistan, therefore the actual product might differ from the pictures, most of the pictures on website are from Karachi or Lahore catalogs
Discounted Combos Cakes:
You can only choose
Chocolate fudge, blackforest & pineapple cakes in all
discounted combo offers, other special cakes are not
included in discounted combos.
Holiday Service :
Holiday Service is not
available in some small cities, in such case we shall
deliver the gift a day before or next day.
